San Salvador 2023 guests have started to arrive!

The sports festival of the Central American and Caribbean region is about to begin. That is why some special guests are arriving early to the country to settle in and experience the atmosphere that already surrounds El Salvador for the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games San Salvador 2023.

Since June 10th, approximately 33 people have arrived, including Chiefs of Mission, Centro Caribe Sports staff, as well as athletes from Cuba, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Barbados and Puerto Rico.

Today, Carlos Rivera and Daphne Guzman, medical and administrative staff from Puerto Rico, arrived in the country. Also, this afternoon, Gail Graig, Chief of Mission from Barbados, among others, arrived in the country.

Meanwhile, in previous days, personalities such as Carla Alonso, liaison from Centro Caribe Sports with the Olympic Committees of the region, as well as Karla Lecona, Operational Coordinator from Centro Caribe Sports with San Salvador 2023, arrived in El Salvador..

The Cuban delegation already on Salvadoran territory is headed by José Antonio Miranda, Director of High Performance; Ana Sardiña, Director of Information, among others. Likewise, Jonathan Beard, Chief of Mission of Barbados, has also arrived.
